Manage sales processes from quotation to contract negotiation, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business and identify new sales opportunities Promote and sell precision engineering and manufacturing services such as machining, fabrication, assembly, and value-added processes to meet customer needs Analyze customer technical requirements, specifications, drawings, and quality standards to coordinate with internal teams for effective solution delivery Prepare and submit accurate quotations, cost estimates, proposals, and tender documents within deadlines Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and contracts to achieve favorable agreements and maximize profitability Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain departments to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled on time Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and project progress to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction Address customer enquiries, complaints, and quality issues by facilitating corrective actions and maintaining service standards Prepare sales forecasts and reports to provide management with insights on sales performance and market trends Achieve individual sales targets, gross margin objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related discipline Minimum 2 years of sales, business development, or customer service experience in precision engineering, machining, metalworking, semiconductor, aerospace, or related manufacturing industries Proficient understanding of CNC machining, fabrication, engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerances, materials, surface treatments, and manufacturing processes Strong skills in sales, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal engagement to drive business outcomes Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
