Your Role The Sales Account Manager plays a key role in managing and growing existing client accounts while supporting project-based sales activities. This position focuses on strengthening long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving repeat business through effective account management and coordination with internal teams. Key Responsibilities Account Management & Client Engagement Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, particularly Interior Designers and Contractors. Understand client requirements and manage expectations with appropriate product solutions and recommendations. Introduce new products and customization of solutions. Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within assigned accounts. Manage Tenders and Projects with the assistance of a Quantity Surveyor and Project Team Attend site meetings and maintain regular communication with clients throughout project life cycles. Monitor account performances and identify growth opportunities. Generate leads within existing accounts and through client referrals. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to maintain market presence. Requirements Experience with account management, client servicing, or project-based sales, within the Building, Architectural and Interior Design industry. Experience working with Tenders with contractors is preferred. Familiarity with building or architectural materials; experience in specifying materials to consultants is an advantage.
