Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Finance Executive to oversee the company’s financial operations and support sound business decision-making. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the timely preparation of management and statutory reports. In addition, this role requires direct client interaction , including supporting financial discussions, preparing budgets and proposals, and delivering clear and insightful financial reporting to clients. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams in Singapore and with the offsite team in Jakarta, providing financial expertise, analytical support, and operational insight to help drive the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and finalize monthly and annual financial statements. Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) includes payment processing, General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, journal entries. Ensure all finance groundwork is completed accurately and on time, while supervising and guiding the finance team in Indonesia on day-to-day accounting activities. Manage financial reporting processes and ensure timely submission of statutory reports. Monitor compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections. Support the preparation of client proposals, cost structures, pricing models, and financial feasibility analyses. Deliver client-facing financial reports and presentations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and transparency. Participate in client meetings and discussions on financial matters, including budgeting, cost planning, pricing, and performance updates. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, banks, and other external stakeholders. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency, financial accuracy, and internal controls. Collaborate closely with operational teams across Singapore and Jakarta to ensure accurate financial reporting and commercial support. Mentor and develop junior finance staff while maintaining high standards of accuracy, accountability, and professionalism. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Strong hands-on accounting experience covering the full accounting cycle, including AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliations, and payment processing. Strong proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements and management reports. Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, statutory reporting, and compliance requirements. Experience managing month-end and year-end closing processes. Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to management, clients, and non-financial stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills. High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with QuickBooks is advantageous). Ability to supervise and coordinate finance activities across regional teams, particularly Singapore and Indonesia.
