Architectural Project Manager (Senior)

Responsibilities Manage design development to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and project specifications Execute tender procurement processes to secure qualified contractors and suppliers Supervise on-site construction activities to maintain quality, safety, and schedule adherence Coordinate with architects and consultants to plan, report, and implement project milestones effectively Procure statutory compliance for Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC) to meet regulatory standards Monitor defect rectification and oversee final certification to ensure project handover quality Required competencies and certifications Hold a degree in Architectural, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Science, or Quantity Surveying recognized by relevant professional bodies or BCA Possess a minimum of seven (7) years of practical experience in Project Management Services (intermediate level) Demonstrate familiarity with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Construction Work Have attended and passed the "Construction Safety Course for Project Managers" conducted by Ministry of Manpower-approved agencies
