Architectural Designer (Senior)

Job Scope The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading project teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. The Senior Architect will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and to develop designs that meet their needs. The Senior Architect will also provide technical guidance to project teams and mentor junior architects to ensure that the highest design standards are met. Requirement Possess a recognised Architectural degree and preferably a Qualified Person registered with the Singapore Board of Architects. Minimum 5 years’ experience in high-rise HDB and private condominiums, healthcare / institutional, hospitality & mixed-use commercial developments. Good knowledge and well versed in Singapore building regulations and codes, design development & detailing. Must be capable of being a Team Leader and take responsibility in managing projects independently without supervision. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good working attitude, proactive & conscientious. Self-motivated with good time management skills. Ability to supervise and manage a team in achieving project goals, targets, and milestone dates. Familiar with BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup.
