Project Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, assigning tasks to construction workers to ensure work is completed according to project schedules and quality standards. Monitor site progress, workforce productivity, and compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, taking corrective actions when required. Liaise closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Subcontractors to coordinate work activities and resolve site-related issues efficiently. Manage manpower deployment, attendance, and worker performance, while addressing operational and personnel issues in a timely and professional manner. Ensure sufficient manpower, materials, and equipment are available on-site to support smooth project execution and minimize work disruptions.
