At GoFit Toa Payoh, we combine personal training and group classes in a supportive, no-judgment environment. ✨ Role Overview As our Gym Membership Consultant , you are the face of GoFit Toa Payoh. You’ll engage walk-ins, handle enquiries, and play a key role in converting interest into memberships and training packages. If you enjoy meeting people, building rapport, and closing deals — this role is for you. 💼 Key Responsibilities Welcome and engage walk-in visitors with energy and confidence Handle enquiries across walk-ins, WhatsApp, calls, and social media Conduct gym tours and confidently present membership options Convert leads into memberships and PT packages (with support from trainers) Coordinate trial sessions and follow up on leads Manage front desk operations (check-ins, scheduling, payments) Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment 🎯 What We’re Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and people-oriented personality Strong communication and persuasion skills Comfortable initiating conversations and handling objections Sales-driven mindset with a hunger to hit targets Interest in fitness and healthy living (experience not required) Able to work evenings and weekends 💪 Bonus Points If You Have Sales or customer service experience Experience in the fitness industry Familiarity with CRM or booking systems 💰 What You’ll Get Base salary + attractive commission (earn more when you perform) Free gym membership Supportive, high-energy team environment
