Part Time, Oyster Shucker

Job Description Shuck oysters in a timely manner while maintaining quality oyster presentation. Attend to multiple orders simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy. Set up raw bar and provide quality service for catering events. Collaborate with the head chef to shuck and serve oysters during food service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shucking station. Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed. Provide exceptional customer service, enhancing the dining experience. Assist with inventory management and supply ordering as needed. Assist with other kitchen prep work Requirements: Ability to shuck oysters quickly and efficiently while maintaining presentation standards. Capability to handle a high volume of orders in a fast-paced environment. Experience setting up and operating a raw bar. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the head chef and other team members. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
