The Role As a Bartender at Live Twice, you will play an integral role in creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional cocktails and heartfelt hospitality. Key Responsibilities Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, consistency, and attention to detail. Deliver genuine hospitality from the heart, creating meaningful connections with every guest. Engage guests with confidence, sharing product knowledge and making thoughtful recommendations. Ensure the highest standards of beverage quality, cleanliness, and service are consistently maintained. Set up and maintain a clean, organised, and polished bar environment. Manage the daily operations of the bar, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and maintaining equipment. Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace. Uphold the standards and values of Live Twice and Jigger & Pony Group in every interaction. What We're Looking For A genuine passion for cocktails and hospitality. Curiosity and enthusiasm to continuously learn and refine your craft. Warm, personable, and confident in engaging with guests. Able to communicate effectively in English. A positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous bartending experience is an advantage, but we also welcome individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
