Academic Manager (Edutrust / Psychology)

Company: Forbell International Institute Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time Job Description We are seeking an experienced Academic Manager to lead academic operations and ensure full compliance with EduTrust / ERF requirements. The ideal candidate has strong EduTrust experience and/or solid experience in Psychology / Counselling-related academic management, and is able to support curriculum development and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage academic operations and ensure day-to-day processes comply with EduTrust / ERF requirements (documentation, records, workflows, internal checks). Oversee academic administration, including lecturer coordination, class scheduling, academic records, assessments, and student-related academic processes. Support curriculum development and course enhancement (Psychology / Counselling programmes preferred). Prepare and maintain audit-ready documents, reports, and evidence for internal reviews and external assessments. Work closely with internal teams (operations, student services, admissions, compliance) to drive quality assurance and continuous improvement. Requirements Proven EduTrust experience (highly preferred), OR strong academic management experience in Psychology / Counselling / related fields . Familiar with PEI operational requirements, documentation standards, and quality assurance processes. Strong ability to plan, organise and execute administrative work with attention to detail. Experience in curriculum development / programme design is an advantage. Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently and with cross-functional teams. Preferred / Advantage Experience supporting EduTrust audits, internal reviews, and compliance documentation. Background in counselling psychology education, teaching management, or academic quality assurance.
