HR Executive

Job Description Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening candidates, arranging interviews and background screening Work closely with department heads to make reasonable recruitment plans and address HR-related concerns Employee Lifecycle Management including onboarding and offboarding processes, orientation, probation confirmation and exit procedures Manage Learning & Development including yearly training analysis, compile training budget, coordinate trainings and maintaining training records Process monthly payroll, CPF submission, IRAS tax filings and administer employee benefits, attendance and leave management using HR software Prepare and maintain HR reports, records and documentation Assist in performance management and employee development programs Provide support and guidance on employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions Ensure compliance with local employment laws and WSH regulations Other ad hoc duties as required; Requirements Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources or related field Minimum 2 years of HR working experience; Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, basic Outlook IT knowledge; Good communication skills and likes to interact with all levels of people.
