Job Description: Lead the overall business strategy, operations, and financial performance of the Company. Drive business growth and market expansion across the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on the Greater China market. Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, business partners, and key stakeholders. Lead commercial negotiations, regional projects, and cross-functional initiatives. Oversee organisational performance, resource planning, and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and corporate governance standards. Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to achieve business objectives. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of management experience, including regional leadership responsibilities. Strong experience managing business operations and commercial activities in the Greater China market, including Mainland China and Hong Kong. Proven experience in business development, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and cross-border operations. Willing to travel within the Asia Pacific region as required.
