The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and staff development. Key Responsibilities Assist in overseeing the overall nursing operations and clinical governance Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and Singapore Nursing Board standards Support manpower planning, staffing deployment, and resource management across nursing services Lead and support nursing quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based care practices Develop, review, and implement nursing policies, procedures, and work processes Monitor operational trends and identify opportunities for service enhancement Support audits, inspections, accreditation exercises, and compliance reviews Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth operational coordination Oversee staff development, training, and competency upgrading initiatives Support special projects and operational improvement initiatives assigned by Management Requirements Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or equivalent Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board practicing license Post Graduate Nursing qualification preferred Valid BCLS certification Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership or management experience in healthcare or nursing home environment Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills Familiar with MOH regulatory requirements and nursing operations Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Interested candidates please WhatsApp me at +65 6509 0823 or send in your resume to willie.goh@swiftsearc…
