Job Title: ​ Director (Business Development / Operations) Industry: ​ Real Estate / Property Management / Housing Services Location: ​ Singapore Employment Type: ​ Full-time (Key Executive) Responsibilities: Formulate and implement the company's strategic direction for the basic housing business. Oversee daily operations, including property leasing, tenant management, and maintenance coordination. Develop and manage business relationships with property owners, government agencies (e.g., HDB, URA), and corporate clients. Lead market analysis to identify new business opportunities and expansion plans. Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, including URA guidelines, HDB policies, and IRAS tax requirements. Manage the company's financial performance, budgeting, and cash flow related to property assets. Supervise and mentor junior staff to build a high-performing team. Requirements: Proven experience in the real estate, property management, or housing industry. Strong understanding of the Singapore property market and regulatory framework. Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills. Proficient in financial management and business development. Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with stakeholders. Must be eligible for Employment Pass application (foreign candidates).
