M&E Manager (Office Based) (Up To $10000 / 5 Days / City Hall)

Job Title: M&E Manager (Office based) (ID6041) Location: City Hall Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30AM-5:30PM Salary: $8500-$10000 Roles & Responsibilities • Manage and oversee all M&E works to ensure compliance with standards, codes, safety regulations, and project timelines. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution. • Lead submission and approval of M&E shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements in line with project schedules. • Supervise and guide M&E staff, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship per approved drawings and specifications. • Review technical specifications, drawings, and design intent; issue RFIs and resolve discrepancies with consultants/clients. • Monitor site progress, inspections, variation orders, and troubleshoot M&E issues during construction and DLP stage. • Manage M&E meetings and participate in Design & Build projects with consultants and architects.
