Job Title: Customer Service (ID3567) Location: Changi Working Hours: Monday to Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm, alternate Saturdays(wfh) 8:30am – 12:30pm Salary up to: $3000 Job Description: • Handle general administrative tasks such as preparing, sorting, scanning, and filing documents • Reply to emails and perform necessary follow-ups • Able to multi-task and manage multiple assignments efficiently • Possess good knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Work independently with minimal supervision and also collaborate well in a team • Provide support in other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned
