Job Title: Catering Sales Manager / Senior Catering Sales Manager (ID17059) Location: Clementi Working Hour: Mon to Fri, 9am-6.30pm Basic Salary: $5000-$7000 (not including comm) *Benefits: AL 12days, Performance Bonus (Jan and July) Job Description • Respond to telephone/online catering sales enquiries. • Build and maintain good client relationship and rapport. • Solicit new corporate clients through cold calling and sales visit. • Assist clients in professional event planning, packaging, and menu selection. • Keep abreast of trends and developments in catering industry. • Actively brainstorming of creative ideas in improving catering services to clients • Account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering functions.
