Logistics Executive/Coordinator (Up To $3300 / 5 Days / Tuas)

Job Title: Logistics Executive/Coordinator (ID3228) Location: Tuas Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm Salary: $2500-$3300 Job Description: · To perform day to day warehouse activities and ensure proper and timely execution according to procedures · Prepare full set of import and export documents. (Invoice, packing list, COO, B/L, insurance, L/Cs and etc). · Source and negotiate of freight rates with shipping agents, forwarders and 3PL. · Carry out shipment booking and monitor shipment status to ensure timely delivery to customers. · Perform Custom permits declarations for import/export shipment, · Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parities to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments. · Handling of customers’ enquiries and/or complaints in a timely and professional manner. · Control, update and maintain records for all stocks inventory and the movement of inbound/outbound cargos · Assist to conduct cycle count and stock check in order to ensure 100% accuracy · Ensure efficient use of warehouse space, manpower and equipment · Ensure good house-keeping and cleanliness within the warehouse · Supervise and review the operations activities and ensure compliance with SOP and customers’ requirement · Any ad-hoc duties as assigned · Investigation of incidents and accidents and reports submission
