Service Engineer (Up To $3000 / 5 Days / Jurong)

Job Title : Service Engineer (ID3569) Location : Jurong Working Hours: Mon -Fri 8:30am-5:30pm Salary up to : $2500-$3000 Job Descriptions : • Attend site commissioning with customers and contractors. • Conduct end-user training for Intruder Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems. • Inspect and verify installations to ensure compliance with technical and quality requirements. • Confirm systems meet quotation/work order specifications and prepare commissioning reports. • Respond to service calls, troubleshoot, and repair system issues on-site. • Diagnose and test faulty equipment and provide technical support to customers. • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for parts replacement or escalation. • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.
