Sales Support (With/without experience) (D2) Salary : $2800-$3200 Working Hour : Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, Sat 8.30am-12.30pm Location : Kallang Benefits -AWS -Bonus -After confirmation increment -Yearly increment -Medical benefits -7 days annual leave or 14 days annual leave (No increment for 2 years) Responsibilities • Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless freight forwarding operations • Prepare detailed freight quotations for air, sea, and land shipments based on specific customer requirements • Collaborate with operations, pricing, and overseas agents to obtain accurate rates and service information for quotations • Follow up promptly on quotations, customer inquiries, and sales leads to support business development • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and rate agreements to ensure data accuracy • Manage customer correspondence related to quotations, documentation, and service inquiries to enhance customer experience • Support the onboarding process for new customers to facilitate smooth integration • Execute additional ad hoc duties as assigned to support team objectives • Work independently and apply creative problem-solving to meet operational needs
