Job Title : AMS ADMINSTRATOR (ID3609) Location : Jurong Working Hours: Mon -Fri 8:30am-5:30pm Salary up to : $2500 Job Description (JD) • Process all AMS customers' requests and handle customer inquiries related to AMS matters. • Assist Project Engineers in testing and commissioning AMS customer programming. • Prepare and process AMS reports according to customers' requests and scheduled requirements. • Perform data downloads from site card access panels to the Control Centre. • Conduct periodic backup and archiving of customers' transaction history and databases. • Provide backup support to the Technical Department. • Respond to AMS technical faults and system-related issues.
