Key Result Area: Grow the Business and Achieve Sales Targets • Generate and qualify new leads, then arrange appointments (via phone calls, LinkedIn, emails) for introductions or sales presentations. • Provide professional services through consultative selling, cross-selling, or up-selling company products/services. • Build and maintain strong client relationships by updating them on new products, offering innovative solutions, and providing ongoing pre- and post-sales support. • Stay technically informed to discuss and co-create engineering solutions with clients • Think critically and suggest cost-saving improvements for clients. • Develop and customize materials and presentations that highlight key product features and offer technical solutions for clients and prospects. • Effectively manage accounts throughout the sales cycle: Prospecting, Business Development, Deal Confirmation, and Post-Sales Support. 2. Key Result Area: Coordinate Sales Efforts to Support Growth and Achieve Sales Targets • Coordinate sales efforts with other departments. • Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and manage expectations. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to suggest product improvements or new products. • Prepare costing, tenders, proposals, and quotations for clients. • Document account activities, generate reports, and maintain records of transactions. • Negotiate contracts and sales orders with clients. • Collaborate with external partners to close deals. • Provide weekly updates on sales, pipelines, leads, opportunities, and activities. • Share sales and competitor information to support team dynamics. • Resolve client complaints by investigating issues and developing effective solutions. 3.
