Logistic Operation Executive (With/without experience)(D2) Salary : $2500-$3200 Working Hour : Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm, Sat 8.30am-12.30pm Location : Kallang , Singapore Benefits -AWS -Bonus -After confirmation increment -Yearly increment -Medical benefits -7 days annual leave or 14 days annual leave (No increment for 2 years) Responsibilities • Serve as the primary liaison for client communication to address inquiries and provide updates • Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to support shipment processes • Prepare and handle shipping documents such as delivery orders, bills of lading, arrival notices, and tax invoices accurately • Complete customs import permit declarations to comply with regulatory requirements • Coordinate with overseas agents, customers, haulers, and warehouses to ensure timely and smooth shipment delivery • Act as the contact point for site personnel, customers, and vendors to resolve delivery issues and maintain workflow • Perform pick and pack for client
