Accounts Executive (Up To $3,800 / 5 Days / Kaki Bukit)

Accounts Executive (ID:6C) (SZHU) Location: Kaki Bukit Salary: Up to $3,800 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm Job Responsibilities • Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). • Process supplier payments, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments. • Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly/quarterly closing. • Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns. • Maintain General Ledger (GL) and reconcile balance sheet accounts. • Update project cost sheets and support billing processes. • Manage inventory records, quarterly stock take, and shipment documentation. • Assist with audit preparation and financial reporting. • Coordinate with internal departments on finance-related matters. • Arrange flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa applications for business travel. • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
