Job Title: Production Manager (CNC Industrial) (ID4795) Location: : Changi Working Hours: Monday To Friday 8.15am to 6.00pm Salary: $7000-$8000 Key Duties and Responsibilities • Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop, implement, and manage production schedules to meet customer demands while maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime. • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a multidisciplinary production team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. • Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet strict precision engineering standards and customer specifications through rigorous quality control and continuous process monitoring. • Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement, implement lean manufacturing principles, and utilize Six Sigma or similar methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste. • Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and maintenance of machinery, tools, and materials required for production, ensuring optimal utilization and minimal downtime. • Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company and regulatory safety policies and procedures. • Budget & Cost Control: Manage production budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or delivery timelines. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products. • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, KPIs, and improvement initiatives.
