Job Title: Planning Manager (ID6058) Location: Depend on project Industry: Construction / Building / Engineering Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Salary: $7800-$8800 ________________________________________ Roles & Responsibilities 1. Coordinate with Costing, M&E, and Business departments on tender requirements and technical support. 2. Work with the Construction team on tender planning, EHS matters, and project proposals. 3. Attend and assist in subcontractor/supplier meetings related to tenders. 4. Review and ensure plans comply with drawings, specifications, and authority requirements. 5. Develop Microsoft Project schedules showing full construction sequence from commencement to TOP. 6. Propose feasible Temporary Site Facilities and cost-effective ERSS systems. 7. Recommend suitable construction sequences for structural and architectural works. 8. Review tender documents for discrepancies, value engineering opportunities, and highlight key issues. 9. Estimate manpower and resource needs for tender submissions. 10. Coordinate with project teams and Japan HQ for construction previews, and support EHS improvement initiatives.
