About this role

Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of overseas data center infrastructure projects, ensuring successful execution from project initiation through commissioning and handover. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Capacity Planning, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Finance, consultants, contractors, and customers, to ensure seamless project execution and successful delivery. Manage multiple vendors, contractors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality, and risk management while taking full ownership of project delivery, including timeline, cost, and quality performance. Drive the standardization of global project management processes by implementing best practices, optimizing delivery methodologies, and improving project execution efficiency to reduce overall project timelines. Identify process gaps, delivery bottlenecks, and resource inefficiencies throughout the project lifecycle. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by implementing new workflows, digital tools, and automation solutions to eliminate recurring issues while maintaining system availability and operational reliability. Coordinate multidisciplinary project execution across Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA), Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP), and IT infrastructure deployment, ensuring all work complies with global engineering standards, technical specifications, and project requirements. Requirements Minimum 5 years of project management experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or other critical infrastructure projects. At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing engineering, construction, or infrastructure delivery projects. Proven experience managing vendors, contractors, and subcontractors throughout the full project lifecycle. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively engage regional and global stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with the flexibility to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced project environment.
