Design Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Design Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and execution of high-end interior and design projects from concept through completion. The successful candidate will manage multiple stakeholders, ensure project delivery within scope, timeline and budget, and maintain excellent client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end design and fit-out projects from planning to completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. Develop project schedules, budgets and resource plans. Monitor project progress and address project risks or issues promptly. Ensure design quality, regulatory compliance and adherence to project specifications. Conduct site inspections and coordinate project meetings. Prepare project reports, presentations and documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Understand client preferences and provide tailored project management solutions for premium residential and luxury interior projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience managing interior design, architecture or fit-out projects. Strong project planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing projects for luxury residential, premium commercial or high-value clients will be an advantage. Ability to understand clients’ cultural preferences and business expectations to deliver customised project solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications. Additional Information This role involves frequent interaction with overseas clients and business partners. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds and adapt their communication style to meet business and project requirements.
