Job Summary You will develop design concepts and space plans, manage client requirements, provide accurate quotations, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery. Responsibilities Develop and present innovative interior design concepts and schemes to clients, including floor plans and 3D visualizations Conduct thorough site assessments and client consultations to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines Create detailed design specifications, material schedules, and procurement lists for interior projects Collaborate with contractors, and suppliers to ensure design implementation aligns with the original vision Select and source appropriate furnishings, finishes, colours, lighting, and decorative elements that complement the overall design scheme Manage project timelines and budgets whilst maintaining quality standards Produce construction drawings and technical documentation to guide installation and execution Conduct site visits during implementation phases to monitor progress and address any design issues Maintain knowledge of current design trends, materials, and industry best practices Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular updates
