What you will do: We are looking for an experienced Project PMO Operations Analyst to strengthen our Delivery Operations team across the APAC region. This role drives operational excellence across the project lifecycle through portfolio governance, financial management, delivery performance reporting, resource coordination and project operations support. How you will do it: PMO Governance, Portfolio Management & Delivery Operations Support governance across the APAC project portfolio throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor projects health, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies. Maintain PMO compliance and Planview project records. Facilitate governance meetings and track actions. Coordinate Sales-to-Deliveryhandover and project initiation. Track schedules, budgets, resources and delivery performance. Coordinate project closeout, customer acceptance and transition to support. Coordinate documentation, approvals, procurement, BOM, site surveys, UAT and project artefacts. Financial& Commercial Operations Track revenue, expenditure, billing and payment status. Monitor and track the forecasting, revenue recognition and profitability against the portfolio of projects health, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies Resource& Portfolio Planning Support resource planning, capacity planning and utilization tracking based on the Projects forelog (secured & outlook) and backlog (projects in execution) Act as a Ops resource for large projects - Coordinate labour, subcontractors, hardware, software and logistics Reporting& Business Analytics Produce executive dash board sand operational reports. Analyse portfolio trends using Excel, Power BIand enterprise systems What we look for: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline. 5–8 years' experience in PMO, Project Operations, Project Controls or Delivery Operations. Experience in Smart Buildings, BAS, System Integration or Digital Solutions is advantageous. Technical Skills Advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI and reporting tools. Knowledge of Planview, Microsoft Project, SAP, Oracle or Jira. Good understanding of project financials and governance. Key Competencies Strong stakeholder management and communication.
