Regional Account Manager Our client is an international technology company providing advanced solutions for control rooms, command centres, critical infrastructure, and high-performance workplace environments. The company is expanding its presence across the Asia-Pacific region and is seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to drive business growth across assigned markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales and account growth plans. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve annual targets. Develop strategic relationships with end customers, system integrators, consultants, and technology partners. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and contract award. Develop key accounts and identify opportunities for expansion, upgrades, and long-term support services. Work closely with technical and commercial teams to develop suitable customer solutions and proposals. Support RFI, RFP, RFQ, and tender activities. Maintain accurate opportunity data, forecasts, and account information in CRM. Monitor market trends, competitors, infrastructure projects, and upcoming business opportunities. Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and partner activities. Requirements Proven experience in enterprise technology sales, solution sales, business development, or account management. Strong track record in developing new accounts and achieving sales targets. Experience managing complex B2B sales involving multiple stakeholders and extended sales cycles. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Commercially driven, self-motivated, and comfortable developing new business independently. Experience working with end users, system integrators, consultants, and channel partners. Willingness to travel within the assigned region. Experience in sectors such as government, public safety, transportation, aviation, utilities, defence, financial services, or critical infrastructure would be advantageous. Knowledge of technologies such as control room systems, KVM-over-IP, AV-over-IP, video walls, networking, cybersecurity, CCTV/VMS, SCADA, or mission-critical workplace solutions would also be beneficial. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales professional who combines strong new-business development capability with disciplined account management. They should be comfortable opening new doors, building senior-level relationships, managing complex opportunities, and working closely with technical teams and partners to close business.
