HR Intern – Job Description & Requirements We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee administration, onboarding/offboarding processes, leave management, and HR events. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment. Job Description: Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, managing job portals, screening applications, and scheduling in-person or virtual interviews. Prepare HR-related documents such as employment letters, contracts, and internal communications. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and filing systems. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and coordination. Manage leave administration through the company’s cloud-based HR portal. Assist in organizing HR events such as recruitment roadshows, career fairs, and exhibitions. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Comfortable using digital systems and online platforms. Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
