Role Focus As an Events Assistant, you'll work alongside an experienced events team to support the smooth planning and execution of live events. You'll assist with guest engagement, event logistics, and on-site coordination while helping ensure each event runs efficiently. Throughout the programme, you'll gain practical exposure to professional event operations and develop the confidence to thrive in dynamic environments. What You'll Do Welcome guests and assist with registration, reception, and attendee enquiries. Support ushering, seating arrangements, and crowd flow throughout events. Assist with event setup, teardown, and operational logistics. Help coordinate programme schedules and ensure smooth transitions between event segments. Work closely with the events team to maintain an organised and professional event experience. (Optional) Assist with basic event photography and short-form video content.
