Role Focus As a Partnerships & Outreach Assistant, you'll support partnership development, outreach initiatives, and engagement activities with schools, organisations, and community partners. You'll assist with relationship-building, partnership coordination, and external engagement while learning how professional partnerships are established, nurtured, and maintained to support long-term organisational objectives. Throughout the programme, you'll receive guidance from experienced professionals while developing practical communication, coordination, and relationship management skills. What You'll Do Build and maintain professional relationships with schools, organisations, and community partners. Coordinate partnership initiatives, collaborative events, workshops, and engagement activities. Support outreach campaigns through planning, communications, and relationship management. Manage partnership correspondence, scheduling, and follow-up to maintain strong ongoing engagement. Research organisations and potential partners that align with the company's objectives and initiatives. Assist with partnership planning and coordination from initial outreach through implementation and review.
