Our Client: Manufacturing - Lifts & Escalator 5 days work, Office hours East Region UP $7,000 + incentives + commission Our Client: Manufacturing - Lifts & Escalator 5 days work, Office hours East Region UP $7,000 + incentives + commission Job Responsibilities: Handle elevator or escalator maintenance in the assigned area, manage resources according to company policies, and ensure service growth and customer satisfaction. Ensure safety compliance by handling incident reporting, inspections, and toolbox talks, and completing safety checks and corrective actions on time to maintain high product safety standards. Manage area operations to meet cost, reliability, and profit targets by securing and renewing contracts, recovering lost business, supporting sales, and improving staffing and workflow efficiency. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction, while conducting periodic inspections to monitor service quality. Work with technical teams to reduce breakdowns and improve reliability and efficiency, and ensure timely execution of projects Develop and guide the service team to follow procedures, meet customer needs, and improve skills and performance. Job Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, with strong financial understanding. At least 5 years of experience in the service industry, preferably in industrial or engineering products Strong customer and people orientation with excellent communication skills, able to build positive relationships, understand customer needs, and work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
