Responsibilities Drive product outcomes by delivering actionable insights from business, product, and user data. Conduct market analysis, user interviews, and solution reviews to identify problem spaces, opportunities, and improvement areas. Define success factors, identify relevant metrics, andbuild dashboards to track product performance. Analyse post-release results and recommend areas forproduct improvement. Assess requested changes, including impact,feasibility, and resource requirements. Work with product teams and stakeholders to translateinsights into practical recommendations and product decisions. Requirements Strong ability to collect, analyse, and synthesise data to derive actionable business or product insights. Good understanding of product discovery, user research, market analysis, metrics tracking, and post-release analysis. Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Product Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline will be advantageous.
