Technical Executive (Electronic Systems)

Company's Profile Julian Grey represents a well-established security and protection solutions provider. Responsibilities: Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective servicing for electronic security installations. Coordinate with end-users and stakeholders to address operational or technical concerns in a timely manner. Support team leads in organizing daily service activities, including task allocation and on-site execution. Handle routine client communications and ensure service standards are consistently met. Assist in diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and ensuring systems are restored within agreed timelines. Adapt service approach based on site requirements and operational needs to maintain customer satisfaction. Ensure all maintenance and installation works adhere to workplace safety regulations and company procedures. Undertake additional technical duties as assigned. Requirements: NITEC or equivalent in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline. At least 1 year of relevant experience in servicing or maintaining electronic/security-related systems. Familiarity with surveillance, access control, alarm, or integrated security solutions will be advantageous. Basic troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve system issues.
