Beauty Therapist Supervisor

Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in the spa, wellness, or TCM industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role . Must possess at least one professional therapy skill , such as Tuina massage, body massage, foot reflexology, lymphatic drainage, gua sha, cupping therapy, or herbal heat therapy. Physically fit and able to perform treatment sessions for extended periods. Strong sales and consultation skills, with the ability to recommend suitable treatments, packages, and membership programs. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Able to train, supervise, and motivate therapists to achieve service and sales targets. Strong customer service and communication skills. Responsible, professional, and customer-oriented. Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and on rotating shifts. Key Responsibilities Perform professional spa and wellness treatments. Supervise the daily operations of the therapy team. Monitor treatment quality and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Train and coach junior therapists. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Handle customer enquiries and resolve service issues.
