Location: Ubi / Kaki Bukit / Eunos Since we are events based, do expect to be brewing up a storm all over the Singapore island! Job Description Ensure smooth operations of Specialty Coffee Bar services at events and clients’ offices, including logistics, stock inventory, manpower and all other related matters, are completed on a daily schedule Work with different stakeholders and vendors to ensure business growth and operations Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints with professionalism and tact Maintain safe and healthy work environment following organization and sanitation regulations Carry out all duties dutifully Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the manager Requirements Candidates with barista experience in cafe / restaurant operations will be advantageous Barista experience is not a necessary but a keen attitude towards learning is required Able to work on weekends & PH, Eves of PH Team player Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and love to meet people Able to work independently and under pressure Good command of spoken & written English Positive thinking We’re looking out for fun, great, like-minded people to join us - people who love great coffee and enjoy meaningful conversations.
