Location: CBD Job Description Ensure smooth operations of Specialty Coffee Bar services at events and clients’ offices, including logistics, stock inventory, manpower and all other related matters, are completed on a daily schedule Work with different stakeholders and vendors to ensure business growth and operations Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints with professionalism and tact Maintain safe and healthy work environment following organization and sanitation regulations Carry out all duties dutifully Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the manager Requirements Candidates with barista experience in cafe is a must Able to work independently and under pressure Office working hours, no work required on PH, weekends Team player Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and love to meet people Good command of spoken & written English Positive thinking We’re looking out for fun, great, like-minded people to join us - people who love great coffee and enjoy meaningful conversations.
