Spa Therapist

Kai Residences is looking for an experienced Spa Therapist to be part of our Spa & Wellness team, serving our guests at our confinement care centre in the vicinity of Newton area. Roles & Responsibilities of a Spa Therapist Provide professional spa treatments such as body massages, postnatal therapies, body scrubs, facials, and wellness treatments in accordance with company standards. Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatments, products, and wellness programmes. Ensure a safe, hygienic, and comfortable treatment environment at all times. Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools before and after each session. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, especially when attending to postnatal or confinement clients. Explain treatment procedures clearly to clients and address any concerns professionally. Maintain accurate treatment records and client feedback. Promote spa services, packages, and retail products when appropriate. Uphold excellent customer service and create a calm, relaxing experience for clients. Work closely with the Spa & Wellness team to ensure smooth daily operations. Adhere to company policies, professional ethics, and confidentiality standards.
