Retail Associate, Tcg & Customer Experience

Kami Kekkai is a Singapore-based TCG and collectibles retail store. We focus mainly on Pokémon TCG, while also carrying other trading card products such as One Piece Card Game and selected collectibles. We are built on customer service, trust and reliability. We are looking for a full-time Retail Associate who can represent the store with honesty, patience and care. This role involves customer service, product advice, sales support, order packing, inventory handling and daily store operations. The right person should be service-minded, reliable, careful with details and comfortable handling valuable collectibles. Key Responsibilities • Serve customers with patience, honesty and care • Provide clear product advice on TCG products, singles, slabs, sealed products and collectibles • Support mainly Pokémon TCG products, with exposure to One Piece Card Game and other TCG items • Handle walk-in customer enquiries and online enquiries when required • Explain prices, card condition, product details and store policies clearly • Process sales through the POS system accurately • Pack customer orders carefully and check items before handover • Assist with buyback intake by recording item and customer details properly • Support sorting, sleeving, labelling, pricing and display of products • Assist with inventory updates, stock counts and stock organisation • Keep the store clean, neat and presentable • Support livestream order preparation, picking, packing and fulfilment when required • Follow store SOPs for cash handling, stock handling, customer service and closing duties Requirements • Strong customer service mindset • Honest, reliable and responsible • Careful with product details and item condition • Comfortable speaking with customers • Able to explain things clearly without being pushy • Able to handle valuable collectibles with care • Basic computer and POS system skills • Interest in TCG, Pokémon, One Piece, collectibles or hobby retail preferred • Prior retail experience is useful but not required • Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays based on roster • Willing to learn product knowledge, store SOPs and inventory workflow What We Value At Kami Kekkai, customers should feel safe buying, selling, trading and asking for advice.
