Job Title: Spa Operations Manager Job Purpose: Oversee the daily administrative, operational, and financial performance of the spa, ensuring high standards of service and full compliance with local regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight: Manage daily spa workflows, including scheduling, inventory procurement, and facility maintenance protocols. Strategic Management: Analyze business performance metrics, develop strategies to improve service quality, and oversee revenue reporting. Team Leadership: Supervise staff, manage rostering, and conduct training to ensure consistent adherence to service standards and workplace safety policies. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the establishment maintains full compliance with the Massage Establishments Act and all health and safety regulations set by relevant authorities. Customer Relations: Manage high-level client inquiries, resolve service issues, and implement customer feedback loops to enhance service delivery. Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail, hospitality, or spa industry. Strong financial acumen and proficiency in business management systems or inventory software. Ability to demonstrate decision-making authority and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
