Operational Excellence: Ensure all salon operations comply with industry hygiene, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, treatment histories, and progress notes to ensure continuity of care. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, advanced aesthetic technologies, and product ingredients to provide high-quality advice. Requirements Proven professional experience in a beauty or aesthetic clinic environment. Strong communication and advisory skills, with a track record of building long-term client relationships.
