Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking)

Job Description Responsible for account management of the customers who are mainly in Singapore. (some are in South East Asia countries) Develop and maintain good relationship with customers to present/promote the existing and new products. Coordination with the manufacturer in Japan/Taiwan in Japanese and English. Attend technical meeting, sales meeting and meeting with customers. Prepare sales report & meeting minutes. Issue quotation, price calculation and price Negotiation with customers and suppliers. Arrange delivery schedule with customers and factories. Customer entertainment may required. Meeting with technical team in Japan and technical support team locally. Requirements As this position needs to liaise with Japan HQ, therefore, knowing Japanese language Japanese speaking SG citizen or PR (NLPT 2 and above Preferably Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Development or relevant field Experienced in working with MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing / semiconductor industry or min. 1 year experience in Sales Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses Willing to travel when required Strong customer service and negotiation skills Remuneration: Basic Transport Allowance Attendance Allowance Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm (full 5-day week in office) Benefits: AWS (1-month basic) Variable bonuses Quarterly Sales Part Incentive Yearly Medical Encashment Yearly Increment
