Assistant Service Engineer

Job Description & Requirements We are a Japanese MNC with subsidiary offices located across Asia and we are looking for potential candidates to join our company. All hired candidates are required to perform the below tasks on a daily basis: Perform / give instruction on abatement system (scrubber) PM service, activate charcoal & catalyst replacement on site. Provide CM & troubleshooting on site. Perform equipment installation, onsite refurbishment and retrofit task. Develop high technical competency on company, equipment servicing and troubleshooting. Monitor field service works comply with company/customer site policies & procedures. To report all issues pertaining to customer claim reports. Prepare daily and monthly reports for management. Provide service reports on assigned task. Ensure and comply with healthy and safe work procedure. Requirements: Higher Nitec certificate preferably in electrical, mechanical or technical background is preferred. Minimum 1 year of related experience in maintaining machine operation. Responsible, independent with excellent customer service skill. Possessing general knowledge: understand the basic unit system, mechanical system and, chemical term language. Having knowledge of machinery code, standard, and rule is preferred.
