Logistics And Operation Executive

Job Overview We are looking for a responsible and proactive Logistics & Operations Executive to support daily catering operations. The role involves delivering food and equipment to event venues, ensuring timely setup and collection, and assisting with operational logistics to ensure smooth execution of catering events. Key Responsibilities Deliver catering orders, equipment, and supplies to event venues safely and punctually. Load, unload, and transport food, beverages, and catering equipment. Assist with event setup and teardown when required. Assist with packing of food and unloading Ensure all deliveries are completed according to schedules and operational requirements. Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of company vehicles. Assist with stock movement between kitchen, warehouse, and event locations. Support general operational duties and ad-hoc assignments as required Requirements Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence. Auto & Manual Familiarity with Singapore roads and routes. Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading of catering equipment. Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours when required. Previous experience in catering, logistics, delivery, or event operations is an advantage. Preferred Attributes Positive working attitude and team player. Good time management skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Customer-service oriented and presentable when attending event venues.
