Sales Manager - Catering

Responsibilities: Participate and be knowledgeable of catering budget, forecast, catering package and event financials Lead generation and bring in sales (tenders/contracts or corporate sales) Sales driven to develop strategy, action plan, Versatile involvement in venue and events Focus on revenue growth with new accounts and existing clients Exceed in client relationship, engagement and hospitality Work closely with service operations and culinary team to ensure completeness of all related admin and documentation (Event Orders, PO/DO, SOP, etc.) Oversee daily catering sales administration and associate/s, sales, business and operations meeting Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company Requirements: Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Positive sales attitude, aptitude, strong interpersonal and communications skills Good and reliable vendor / partner contacts for F&B catering will be a benefit Catering experience will be a bonus
