QA Supervisor

Provide quality assurance support across construction and project sites. Review and manage non-conforming work and materials, including disposition and corrective actions. Supervise and guide a team of Quality Inspectors to ensure compliance with project specifications. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions using standard quality tools. Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues. Monitor, review, and analyse quality performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with relevant construction standards, regulations, and company quality procedures. Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives across projects. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Quality) or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of relevant Quality Assurance experience, preferably in the construction sector. Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspection standards, and documentation. Experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, corrective actions). Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organised with strong problem-solving skills.
