Job Summary Join Kelvin Chia Partnership as a Litigation Secretary in the Litigation Department, providing essential secretarial and administrative support to lawyers and managing legal documentation and court documents. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to lawyers in the Litigation Department to ensure smooth case management. Manage legal documentation by tracking, filing, and organizing documents accurately for easy retrieval. Draft and prepare court documents to support litigation processes effectively. Perform ad-hoc secretarial and administrative tasks as required to support department operations. Use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe, and eLitigation software proficiently to complete tasks efficiently. Communicate clearly in written and spoken English to facilitate effective collaboration and documentation. Collaborate with team members positively and work independently with attention to detail to meet deadlines. Preferred competencies and qualifications 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in litigation work to contribute effectively to department needs
